When will my order ship? 
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 7-14 business days for shipping, not including weekends or holidays. If you need an item expedited, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate you. It is possible in stock items may ship faster.

Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business please email us at: customer.service@sheshedcompany.com

What if my item was damaged during shipping? 
We offer product exchange or a gift card if your item was damaged during transit. Please read the product exchange policy and damage item policy for instructions.  (Add Hyperlink to this section in the Refund Page)

I am not enjoying my item, can it be returned?                                            Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Product cold throw, hot throw, strength of scent, and overall aroma is a very different experience for everyone based on personal preference. If you do not enjoy your selected scent, please consider gifting it. Someone else's nose may love it!

We do offer smaller sample sizes of some of our wax melt and candle scents if you prefer to sample aroma prior to purchasing a full melt or candle. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours if the item has not shipped. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we are able to update the address if we receive notice within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for incorrect contact information.
