I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We ship in stock items as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and 7-14 days for shipping, not including weekends or holidays. If you need an item expedited, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate you.

Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business please email us at: customer.service@sheshedcompany.com

What if the item is damaged? 
We offer product exchange or a gift card if your item is received as damaged or is defective. You have 30 days to return the item to us and we will cover the shipping cost. Please Include all contact information and the order number inside the returned package.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?                                          We can offer you a product exchange of equal value or a gift card. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. Once the item is returned and received, we will process the exchange and ship your new item. Please Include all contact information and the order number inside the returned package.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before an exchange can be processed.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours if the item has not shipped. If the item is already in transit, we can offer you a product exchange or a gift card. Once the item is returned and received, we will process the exchange and ship your new item. Please Include all contact information and the order number inside the returned package.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we are able to update the address if we receive notice within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for incorrect contact information.
