Our policy is to provide a product exchange or gift card for qualifying returns within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to offer an exchange or gift card after 30 days for any reason.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, the exchange must be approved. A form will be provided and should be placed into your return package. Please do not send your item back without prior approval or the exchange form.
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you we received your item; in addition to information about the exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift card directly to the gift giver.
You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for item exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item for exchange you should use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance for protection. There is no way to guarantee your package will arrive or arrive safely.
