Shipping & Delivery
Our store is closed for all major US holidays (and Black Friday) and no shipping occurs during weekends and holidays. Due to the nature of our products and the effects caused by varying temperature, if your order is ready on a Friday or weekend it will ship on the following Monday to ensure the item is not sitting for a prolonged period in a non-climate controlled environment prior to transit.
Most of our items are shipped USPS Priority mail or cubic mail. The larger wholesale or bulk orders typically ship via cubic mail or Fed Ex.
SheShed Co. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by any reason, including but not limited to holiday seasons, inclement weather, and other uncontrollable events.

Summer & Winter Shipping:
During WARMER months you need to order based on when you will be home to receive delivery. If your item is left in a non-climate controlled environment too long such as a front porch or delivery truck, the wax could melt. We are unable to provide refunds for melted wax. It is highly recommended buyer's consider distance, travel time, and temperature before placing a wax order in the summer.
During COOLER months some wax blends will develop a light flakey appearance called frosting and some may develop clear wet spots due to the cold temperatures in shipping. This will not effect the scent or safety of your wax, it is merely cosmetic. We are unable to provide refunds for this, it is a normal expected trait of soy wax blends.
